Working with a third party
Google requires anyone who manages Business Profiles on behalf of a business to disclose the following. Here it is, in full, on a page you can actually find.

Code2Reality is not Google
Code2Reality is an independent marketing service provider. We are not Google. We are not affiliated with Google, endorsed by Google, or acting on Google's behalf. We do not work for Google and Google has no relationship with us.
Google Business Profile is free
Google Business Profile is provided by Google at no cost to your business. You can create, claim, verify and manage it yourself, for free, at business.google.com, without paying anyone.
Any fee you pay Code2Reality is for our management service — the time we spend setting it up, keeping it accurate, posting to it, monitoring it and reporting on it. You are never paying us, or anyone, for the profile itself.
You own your profile. Always.
Where you ask us to manage your Google Business Profile, we act as a manager only. You remain the owner at all times. We will never take primary ownership of your profile, and we will never make ownership of your profile a condition of working with us.
We will not claim or manage any profile without your express written consent, given in the Google Business Profile Management Authorization you sign before we touch anything.
Leaving takes seven business days, at most
If you ask us to stop managing your profile — for any reason, at any time, whether or not you remain a client — we will remove our access and enable you to regain exclusive control within seven (7) business days of your request, as Google's third-party policy requires. There is no fee, no notice period and no conversation you have to have first. Email or call us and it is done.
What we will and will not do to your profile
We will
Set up or clean up your profile with accurate information you supplied · keep categories, hours, service areas and services current · publish posts and updates you have approved · monitor for unauthorised changes · draft review responses for your approval where your plan includes it · tell you about every change we make.
We will never
Claim a profile without your written consent · take or hold ownership · post false information · create a second profile for a location that does not exist · gate, filter, incentivise or fabricate reviews · respond to a review without your authorisation · make claims about rankings or guaranteed results · revert Google's suggested updates without consulting you · use aggressive or harassing sales tactics.
Reviews
We do not and will not engage in review gating, incentivised reviews, review filtering, or the creation of fake reviews. These practices violate Google's policies and, in the United States, expose a business to Federal Trade Commission enforcement. Where your plan includes a review-request workflow, it invites every customer to leave an honest review, regardless of how the job went.
Questions or complaints
