The scorecard
We pull your current site and Google listing up on a phone and run seven checks: does the number tap to dial, is the main action above the fold, does it load in under four seconds, is it secure, is your service area findable, is the profile claimed and does its link work, and do you show up for your trade plus your city. One page, seven pass/fail results, screenshots where it fails. Free, and yours whether or not we ever speak again.
A fifteen minute conversation
We ask which jobs you actually want more of, which towns are worth driving to, who picks up the phone and what happens when nobody does. We do not pitch on this call. At the end we either say we can help and how, or we say we are not the right fit, which happens and is not a negotiating tactic.
A working preview
Not a mockup. A real, clickable site on a live link, on your phone, with your services, your towns and your photos on it. Built inside two business days. There is no charge and no obligation, and if you look at it and it does nothing for you, that is a completely reasonable outcome.
You decide
If it is a yes, you pick a plan, sign a two-page order form and pay the launch fee and first month. If it is a no, we take the preview down after fourteen days and leave you alone. Month to month from the first day — thirty days' notice, no exit fee, ever.
Onboarding, once
A fifteen minute questionnaire covering the things we cannot get off Google: licence numbers, insurance, real service areas, hours, emergency availability, financing terms, photos. You register your domain in your own name and give us delegated access. We never ask for a password.
Live in seven business days
From the day we have everything, your site is live within seven business days. We build it, run it through a hundred-point quality check, set up core on-page SEO, tune mobile speed, configure the spam-filtered contact form, submit the sitemap, and test the whole thing from a real phone before it goes anywhere.
Ongoing care, with a clear scope
Hosting, SSL, backups, and monitoring continue on every plan. Ring includes up to 1 edit per month and two homepage refreshes a year. Territory includes up to 2 monthly edits, two homepage refreshes, and one landing page per year. Command includes up to 4 monthly edits and an annual full-site refresh. Territory and Command also include a quarterly 15-minute performance snapshot call and an annual FAQ and schema content pass.
What "complete onboarding packet" means. Signed order, launch fee paid, questionnaire returned, photos supplied with rights confirmed, licence detail, business phone number and form destination confirmed, domain and Google access granted, and a named person who can approve the site. The seven-day clock pauses if we are waiting on you, and we will tell you the day it pauses.

The ones people actually ask.
What happens if I cancel?
Thirty days' written notice, no exit fee, no argument. You keep your domain because it was always in your name. You get a full export of your site content, copy and images. We are off your Google profile within seven business days of you asking, and off your analytics at the same time.
Do you guarantee I will get more calls?
No, and we would be careful with anyone who does. We do not control how many people need a roof in your town this month, what your competitors spend, what your reviews say, or whether somebody picks up. What we commit to is the work: the site gets built to the agreed scope, the form and mobile experience get tested, and we provide the ongoing hosting and plan-specific support you signed up for.
Why is there a launch fee?
Because the build is a real project that happens before any recurring value exists: discovery, writing, design adaptation, the build itself, domain and DNS, core on-page SEO, Google access, contact form setup, quality assurance and launch. The monthly fee funds ongoing management after that. Charging nothing upfront just means the first six months of your subscription are quietly paying for it instead.
I already have a website.
Most people do. We will build you the comparison anyway and you can look at them side by side on your phone. If yours wins, that is a good outcome and we will say so. It costs you nothing and it takes us two days.
Can my nephew not just build me a site?
A one-time build may be enough if you have someone to maintain it. Our plans cover the initial build plus hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, and support. Ring and above also include a defined monthly edit allowance and refresh schedule.
How long until I see something?
Scorecard the same day. Working preview within two business days of the fit call. Live site within seven business days of a complete onboarding packet,. Territory and Command include quarterly performance snapshot calls after launch.
What if I need something changed?
Text or email us. Signal has no monthly edits included; Ring includes up to 1 edit per month, Territory up to 2, and Command up to 4. Territory has priority edit requests and Command has a priority queue. Support targets are 3 business days on Signal, 1 business day on Ring, the same business day on Territory, and same-day with a direct line on Command. Work beyond your allowance needs a separate scope and price before it starts.
