We would rather show you
nothing than show you
something invented.

This page is deliberately incomplete, and we would rather say that than fill it with stock photos and made-up numbers. Here is exactly where we are.

Where we actually are, stated plainly. Code2Reality has built and shipped commercial websites, and the work is good. What we do not yet have is a library of published, permission-cleared case studies from US trade contractors with before-and-after numbers attached. That is exactly why the Founding 25 programme exists, and it is why the first twenty-five contractors get a permanent discount for helping us build this page.

What will go on this page

Every case study published here will contain all of the following, or it will not be published.

  1. The business, named, with written permission

Trade, city, company size. No anonymous "a roofing client in the Northeast."

  2. The starting point, with a date

What their site was doing before, screenshotted, with the date it was captured.

  3. What we actually changed

Specific work, in order, with dates. Not "we optimised their online presence."

  4. The measurement period and the method

Which months, measured how, from which source. If the baseline is estimated, it will say so.

  5. The numbers, including the unflattering ones

Calls, unique callers, missed calls, calls recovered by text-back, qualified leads. If a month was quiet, the quiet month is in the chart.

  6. The limitations

What the data does not prove. Seasonality, other marketing they were running, sample size. Every honest case study has this section and almost none of them include it.

What will never appear here. A revenue figure the client did not confirm in writing. A ranking claim without a dated measurement. A logo we do not have written permission to use. A testimonial we wrote ourselves. A percentage without the base number underneath it. A screenshot with the date cropped out.

In the meantime

Judge us on the preview instead.

We think this is a fairer test than any case study anyway.

Anyone can put a chart on a website. What is harder to fake is building your actual business, properly, in two days, for free, before you have paid anything or committed to anything.

So that is the offer. Tell us your trade and your town. You will get a scorecard on what your current setup is doing wrong, and if it is a fit, a working preview of the replacement on a live link you can open on your phone.

Look at it and decide. If it does nothing for you, that is a completely reasonable answer and we will take it down in fourteen days.

Founding 25

Help us build this page

The first twenty-five US trade contractors get Ring at $199/month locked for life and a $349 launch fee, in exchange for permission to publish their real results once there are results worth publishing.

You keep every protection: month to month, thirty days' notice, your domain in your name, full export, no exit fee. If it does not work you leave and owe nothing further.

Our standard

The rule we hold ourselves to.

No performance claim gets published anywhere — this site, a proposal, a sales call, a text message — without four things: the source records, the exact time period, the sample definition, and the client's written permission.

This costs us sales. A page full of confident percentages would convert better this quarter than a page explaining why it is empty. We are choosing the version we can still defend in year three, in a trade community where everybody talks to everybody and a single exposed exaggeration ends you in that market permanently.

No obligation, no card, no meeting required

See your business,
built properly.

Tell us the trade and the town. We will send back a scorecard on what your current setup is doing wrong, and if it is a fit, a working preview of the replacement. If it is not useful, stop there.
